It has a large number of e-resources, company and country databases, e-journals, books and research support tools/databases. The institute funds research projects and case-writing, which over the years has led to a rich repository of monographs, technical notes, cases, and journal articles. The last academic year saw the publication of 7 books, 29 book chapters, and 134 journal articles.
IIMA has a two-year General Management MBA, two-year Food and Agribusiness MBA, one-year Executive MBA, and Executive development programmes, and a Fellow Programme in Management (equivalent to a PhD). It also has a one-term exchange programme which provides international exposure to the students.
Beside these notable programs and collaborations, the institute gives back to the field of management by running a faculty development programme specially designed for management faculty of other institutes.
