Conference Theme:

A sustainable and inclusive society must prioritize the needs of Persons with Disabilities (PwD), aligning with the 2030 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Technology has the potential to transform the lives of PwD by enabling greater independence, inclusion, and opportunities in education, employment, and social interactions. However, several challenges persist, including accessibility barriers, socioeconomic inequalities, and concerns related to ethics, algorithmic biases, and data privacy.

This conference aims to explore how recent technological innovations—such as AI, machine learning, assistive technologies, and digital content accessibility solutions—can create a more inclusive environment for PwD. We invite researchers, practitioners, technologists, educators, and other stakeholders to submit papers that explore advancements in these areas and address the challenges PwD face in accessing and utilizing technology.
