Technology has the potential to transform the lives of PwD by enabling greater independence, inclusion, and opportunities in education, employment, and social interactions. However, several challenges persist, including accessibility barriers, socioeconomic inequalities, and concerns related to ethics, algorithmic biases, and data privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This conference aims to explore how recent <strong>technological innovations<\/strong>\u2014such as <strong>AI, machine learning, assistive technologies<\/strong>, and <strong>digital content accessibility solutions<\/strong>\u2014can create a more inclusive environment for PwD. We invite researchers, practitioners, technologists, educators, and other stakeholders to submit papers that explore advancements in these areas and address the challenges PwD face in accessing and utilizing technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submissions may address, but are not limited to, the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assistive Technology Innovations:<\/strong> Development and application of assistive devices and services that empower PwD in education, work, and daily life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AI and Machine Learning for Inclusivity:<\/strong> AI-based solutions for improving accessibility and minimizing bias in assistive technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital Content Accessibility:<\/strong> Challenges and innovations in creating accessible digital platforms for communication, collaboration, and education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Universal Design and Usability:<\/strong> Design of products and systems that are accessible to the widest range of users, including PwD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technology and Employment:<\/strong> Technology-driven solutions to enhance employability and entrepreneurship for PwD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ethics, Privacy, and Policy:<\/strong> Addressing legal and ethical concerns, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the policy frameworks necessary for equitable tech use by PwD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social and Cultural Barriers:<\/strong> Addressing the non-technological challenges that limit the use and adoption of assistive technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Case Studies:<\/strong> Successful implementations of tech solutions that have positively impacted PwD in various sectors, such as healthcare, education, and transportation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Conference Theme:The sustainable and inclusive society must prioritize the needs of Persons with Disabilities (PwD), aligning with the 2030 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
