The workshop coordinators would like thank all the participants of the workshop who could make it in-person to the IIMA campus on 11-Nov-22. All the accepted paper authors are requested to submit revised version of their paper by 31-Dec-22 (based on the feedback received from the mentor professors) for consideration to the Best Doctoral Thesis awards to be given during ICODO’23 main conference.
The ICODO Doctoral Workshop is designed to enable doctoral students working on the broader issues around digital transformation and digital strategies. The objective of the workshop will be to support doctoral students as they write their dissertations and papers for publishing to shape their research careers. The doctoral students from India and abroad can apply to be a part of this annual workshop. They will have opportunities to discuss their work in small groups with distinguished faculty and peers, to meet and interact within the scholarly network, and to enhance their scholarship, teaching, and overall development.
The workshop will be open to all full-time Ph.D. students of recognized universities. In the future, it can also be opened to those doing their doctoral studies in a part-time mode.
We invite doctoral students working on various topics on the interface of digital technologies and business management to apply for this workshop. Some of the topics that we hope to receive applications from are as follows:

- Digital marketing tools for customer acquisition and enhanced customer experience
This is an indicative list and by no means exhaustive. Doctoral students working on any other topics related to digital transformation and innovation are welcome to apply.
Key Features of the ICODO Doctoral Workshop
The ICODO Doctroal workshop will host up to 30 doctoral students who will get feedback from senior scholar mentors and peers. Prof. Atreyi Kankanhalli and Prof. Anand Gopal will be the senior scholar mentors for the 2022 workshop.
Plenary sessions will be around Crafting high-quality journal papers and Developing an academic career.
There will be parallel tracks where a selected set of doctoral students will make presentations and get feedback from experts. There will also be an opportunity to do poster presentations in the second half of the day to get feedback.
All the selected doctoral students will be eligible to take part in the Best Doctoral Dissertation Award competition that will culminate in the final round of presentations at the ICODO (International Conference On Digital Organizations) at the IIMA campus on 8th January 2023.
Scholarships
All selected doctoral students will be eligible for travel bursaries/scholarships covering expenses to travel within India to attend the ICODO doctoral workshop.
