The Centre for Behavioral Science (CBS) welcomes the submission of high-quality research papers on the application of behavioral science within the management discipline. The BSIM track will be hosted along with 12 other tracks by various centres and areas of IIMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Behavioural Science in Management (BSIM) track is primarily dedicated to the application of behavioral science in shaping human judgment and decision-making. We aim to understand the nuances of human behavior, which will allow organizations and policymakers to refine and optimize their strategies and help them achieve their objectives. Behavioral science finds application in nudging as well as boosting human behavior and in improving long-term systemic goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite high-quality papers on behavioral science applications in finance, economics, marketing, and other management areas, as well as contributions in related areas such as product design and management, behavior change, communication, and user research. We look forward to receiving exciting contributions that advance behavioral science and its application within the management discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors are requested to provide three keywords with their submission.
