People who are in interested in submitting the abstracts and participating in the conference are required to follow the procedural steps:
Step 1: Please fill up the google form via below link. It is necessary for all the delegates to submit their abstract who would like to present in the ORSI 2019 conference. For those who wish to attend only as a delegate are also required to submit the below google form.
Step 2: After the successful completion of the google form, all the delegates will be provided an acceptance letter via email by 15th October, 2019. In case, the delegates do not receive their acceptance letter after 15th October, 2019 please write back to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 3: Once intimated through the acceptance letter, all the selected delegates are required to pay their fees online via the payment link https://web.iima.ac.in/web/169 before 15th November, 2019 for early bird registration. For those paying after 15th November, 2019 late registration fee charges will be applicable. All the delegates are required to select their category very carefully from the scrolling options and do the payment accordingly. The payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
