Call for Papers

Startups face various facilitators and hurdles in their growth journey. These could be in the form of microfoundations of start-ups, entrepreneur’s or founding team’s characteristics, founder’s leadership style, venture funding, attracting and retaining employees, product-market fit, operational challenges etc. The track on entrepreneurship calls for submissions that explore a variety of facilitators or hurdles to a start-up’s scalability. Sub-tracks under this track include:
