The registration fee includes conference kit, lunch, refreshments and one conference dinner.

Note: Registration fee does not cover travel and accommodation. Payments are inclusive of GST.

Cancellation Policy:

For the India Management Research Conference (IMRC) 2025, scheduled to take place on December 05-07, 2025, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations received on or before November 05, 2025: Full refund*
  • Cancellations received after November 05, 2025: No refund
• Notification: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers at imrc2025@iima.ac.in
• Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, substitutions are not allowed. 
• No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for attendees who fail to attend the conference without prior cancellation notification.
